Gabriel Moisan, Ph.D.

Gabriel Moisan has been a professor in the Department of Human Kinetics at UQTR since December 2020. He holds an undergraduate doctorate in podiatric medicine (UQTR), a master's degree in physical activity sciences (UQTR) and a doctorate in biomedical sciences (UdeM). He has also completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Salford in England (2019) and one at Université Laval in Canada (2020). Gabriel Moisan is the author of several scientific articles published in high-quality journals in his field (e.g., Gait and Posture, Journal of Science and Medicine in Sport, Prosthetics and Orthotics International). His research interests include biomechanics, chronic lower limb pain and conservative treatment modalities (e.g., foot orthotics).
