Pre Gauthier-Boudreault is a researcher at the Institut universitaire en DI et en TSA. She is interested in the transitions experienced by people with intellectual disabilities and their families, the development of meaningful and rewarding socio-professional and community activities for adults with intellectual disabilities, life events related to the aging of people with intellectual disabilities, and strategies to support families through these events. She is also collaborating with the Chaire Autodétermination et Handicap on the experimentation of parenting communities of practice to support the development of parents' knowledge and skills in actualizing the full self-determination potential of their adolescent with multiple disabilities.
