Ergonomist, her research focuses on the work of CARE (particulary in residential and long-term care facilities or CHSLDs), on the integration of disabled people in the work place, as well as on the contribution of ergonomy in the innovative design of work systems or use. She wishes to contribute to the development of knowledge and interventions leading to the creation of helpful organizations and environments, in a participative perspective.
